This document constitutes the agreement between you and Harlesden minicabs. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.

1. Definitions

In this agreement, "Harlesden minicabs," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. The terms "you" and "your" may refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 You are responsible for ensuring adequate travel time to arrive on time, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. We are not liable for delays resulting from your failure to allocate sufficient travel time or your unavailability at the designated pickup time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to book a vehicle suitable for passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee carriage of excessive luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Passengers requiring wheelchair access should request this at the time of booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our prices are based on the information you provide. Unless specified otherwise, prices exclude VAT, which will be added if applicable. We reserve the right to revise the quoted price if there are significant changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking costs. Extra waiting time will incur charges at our standard waiting rate. While we make efforts to adjust our service for flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Harlesden minicabs of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs.

3.4 Payment for journeys can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service 

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. A cleaning charge may apply if the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively impacted by passengers.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in the vehicle.

4.3 All children in the vehicle should be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 Passenger Limits: We will not exceed the passenger limit set by licensing or insurance.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please do so promptly. Cancellation after dispatch may incur charges based on the driver's time and distance to the point of cancellation.

5.2 Online Booking: For online bookings, cancellation before dispatch may result in a charge on the original payment.

6. Liability

6.1 Delays: While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. Under no circumstances will Harlesden minicabs be responsible for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage: Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 Vehicle Breakdown: In the event of a breakdown during your journey, we will provide an alternative vehicle to help you reach your destination as quickly as possible.

6.4 Indemnification: You will not hold Harlesden minicabs liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from the actions or omissions of anyone in your party.

6.5 Limitations: No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any other matter prohibited by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination Right: We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is put at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Subcontracting: Harlesden minicabs may subcontract its obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Amendment of Terms: We may modify the terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please review these terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 Data Handling: We process information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 Entire Agreement: This agreement represents the complete understanding between Harlesden minicabs and yourself.

8.5 Third Parties: These terms and conditions do not confer benefits to third parties, and no third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement without a written agreement.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Harlesden minicabs is not obligated to consider claims or disputes submitted after this timeframe.
